Raymond the Murderous Hobo Lion is a serial murderer who lives on Strawberry Hill, near Oatsdale.
He likes to eat people from Oatsdale.
He successfully sued the Donkey Duncan and Kimberly Duncan for all their possessions and now retains the Magic Pebble, locked away in a safe that he does not know the combo to.
