Dr. Muffin's Evil Plan of 1996 was an evil plan set into motion by Dr. Muffin and Dr. Squack.
It consisted of using a giant cheese electromagnet to take away all the cheese from the world.
The Rock and Moose D. Cloun put an end to his evil plan. Moose D. Cloun threw Dr. Muffin into the magnet along with a bomb to blow up the magnet.
