Freds Restaurant (intentionally plural) is a restaurant where everyone who works there is referred to or is named Fred. Everyone wears a shirt that says "Fred" on it, like it is their name.
DJ Fred is in charge of the DJing every night. Fred the Waitress works there. Fred the Security Guard also works there.
