Garland the Gopher Wizard is a novice wizard that likes to create subtle havoc for the people of Oatsdale by enchanting items with powerful magic and then watching the chaos from afar.
He likes to stay at home and watch TV, mostly, and fuck prostitutes all day.
He created the Magic Pebble.
