Harley Harrison Peete is a hero-of-sorts that lurks around in a pilot's jumpsuit taking down drug addicts. He walks very slow and with a sway, even when he's chasing after someone.
He is very non-chalant when it comes to his martial arts skills, and kind just makes everything weirdly uncomfortable. He always poses after he takes down a villain or during random times.
He was in a boxing match once with Arnold Linda, with Arnold Linda being the victor.
