Joe Aurol

Joe Aurol (usually referred to as Aurol) is a nearly-crippled crime detective who investigates futuristic science fiction-y crimes. His knees are barely functioning and he uses a cane but is supported by mechanical braces. He has a large handgun, isn't afraid to shoot from atop a tower and jump down to the ground to chase a criminal.

He is very skinny and looks boyish. When his adrenaline starts going he basically becomes a super hero but endures the consequences of those actions after the ordeal. He gets bad headaches occasionally which may or may not give him hallucinations such as someonebeing murdered, or it actually reveals events as they are happening so that he can interfere in ridiculous ways.
