Mr. Smarty Pantaloneees is a guy with a bad attitude.
He goes around to grocery stores and collects money in his “Give a Child a Home Foundation” box and keeps money for himself. The kids he uses for pictures on the box are his neighbor’s kids and he paid them 5 bucks each to take a picture.
