The term “stickums” is used in a connotation that it is a type of drug in which glue from a self-adhesive piece of paper (such as a post-it note or a sticker) is absorbed into the body through the skin.

When you do stickums, you basically slap a copious amount of them onto your skin, and wait for the glue to absorb in. There are specially-made stickums that accelerate the process.
