The Guy Who Eats Pants is a space renegade who attacks ships and threatens to destroy them if they do not give him pants to eat.
He is from France.
Without pants, he is dumb.
But with pants, he is a genius. He becomes capable of solving any problem. He can also think grand, profound and philosophical thoughts when he wears pants. He eats them because they are delicious and a very good source of starch.
