Albert Sandoval is an enemy of The River. He is mean and can hold a grudge if he has to.
He is really tall. He often introduces himself as Albert Six Foot Seven. He doesn’t like to ever leave his house.
He lives at 369 Santa Inez Road, Warehouse apartment 188.
