Barney the Dinosaur is a genius dinosaur who secretly runs a terrorist organization while being a prominent public figure loved by all.

His terrorist organization is based in Israel, and until 1967, when they made an agreement for peace, had fought against Chuck E. Cheese to prevent him from regaining his foothold in the territories he lost in Israel.
