Cassius Candybar

Cassius Candybar is a Foodlandish candy bar that is the mayor of Candybarrio. He is infamously known for the mutilation murders of other Foodlandish citizens, although his true identity has not been revealed in connection to those murders.
His M.O. usually involves mutilating people to the point of becoming a "different" food. Such as a tomato into tomato juice, or combining two foods into one.
