Catch-a-Bubble Man

Catch-a-Bubble Man is an evil villain who resides in Fat-Ham City. He goes on bubble-blowing rampages which generally annoy the citizens of Fat-Ham City.
He disappears after he blows his bubbles a few times, and no one knows where he went.
