Finland is a country. It is currently known as the "Empire of Finland."
The emperor of Finland is known only as The Emperor of Finland. The defenses of Finland consist of people throwing snowballs and cell phones. Finland is also the base of operations for Nokia, a cell phone weaponry manufacturer. The country of Finland intends to take over Canada by using an unlimited amount of cell phones. With those cell phones, they will constantly dial random Canadian phone numbers until the country is in a state of depression which will lead to to the Canadian government to cutting their defense department. This will force the Canadian government to cut their standing army by 50%, from 4 to 2.
