The Oop Opp Erkkk Aliens are a group of aliens that crashed in the middle of Germany during a World War. The alien’s crash ended the World War Whatever It's Called.

The aliens do not have a home planet per se, up until the crash, they had lived in the dredges of space until they crashed on Earth.

They only say “Oop Opp Erkkk” or variations of that.
