Chuck Kaaz is the directing manager of the whole Odin Shops bookstore.
He has weird ideas for everything and somehow always tries to relate it back to Norse mythology since that is what CSUA is based on.
When he makes his weird ideas, he always has meetings with the manager and lead of the store.
