Coo Jo

Coo Jo is a guy that wears sunglasses all the time. He likes to snap his fingers to a beat no one can hear for hours on end while tapping his foot in place.
He likes to play in the sand, but if anyone ever sees him playing he gets up and resumes snapping his fingers.
When he gets angry he throws sand around and all the plastic tools one would associate with sand.
