Detective Jon

Detective Jon is a private investigator of murders. He also thinks he always has to kill someone to finish a job, and ends up losing money because his clients don't like what he talks about.
He fought in a war with Saul Flowers while he was alive. His full name is Dwayne Jon. Saul Flowers' ghost accuses Detective Jon of killing him, but he keeps saying he didn't.
He has a phone that sounds like a bike bell. He can't usually hear out of the phone.
