Dr. Muffin is a mad scientist bent on global domination. His Evil Plan of 1996 consisted of a giant cheese electromagnet that would make all the cheese in the world his. He tried to use Moose D. Cloun to finish his magnet, but it failed.
He runs the Cheese Mafia.
He is also known as “The Evil Dr. Muffin” and “The Brilliant Dr. Muffin.”
