El Cheapo's Cheapo Cuisine (ECCC) is the cheapest restaurant you can go to.
A theory about the food at ECCC is that it is left over food from all the other restaurants in the area.
Occasionally people get super powers from eating the food there. It is constantly under raid by the local police for having expired food.
