Emelia Prancasa is an ex-McDonalds employee who was scammed and had her identity stolen by Local Exchange. As a result of having her identity stolen, she became the most famous quadruple agent the fast food industry has ever known.
Once a nice lady, she is now a blathering hobo who hangs out on bus stop benches.
She is ugly and stupid.
