Hobo Institute of Higher Learning is a trade school made to teach people how to be professional hobos.
It has a peeing section in the pool. They feed you chlorine infested food. They accidentally switched it around where they were supposed to put pee in your food and chlorine in the pool water, but no one ever decided to fix it after 3 years, because they didn’t think it mattered anymore.
