Jingles the Psychotic Elf is Santa Claus’ sometimes-right-hand-man. He is usually left in a cage cause he is really crazy.
He is also abused by Santa Claus while he eats miscellaneous types of food, offers it to Jingles and then smacks him in the face.
He likes to chase after people and yell really loudly. He is also known to use a belt against people.
