Mean General Bob

Mean General Bob is a military mastermind who thwarts Godzilla wherever he goes. He uses nuclear missiles recklessly. But he doesn’t actually have any nuclear weaponry.
He has stopped him in Ida, Michigan and Fredburg, Wisconsin.
He is usually accompanied by random scientists.
When Godzilla attacked Fredburg, he actually went to the future of 2047 instead of fighting him.
