Moooed the Stupid is an evil man bent on the destruction of San Francisco.
He rules a bunch of weird dicks who sex bathrobes. They all fuck each other and chant “oo-ga-ooga-ooga” whenever there is danger.
He has sexy bodyguards who can throw their dicks at people. They have stupid battle-axes and can shoot poison castles from their bows.
