Mr. Shaft-Man

Mr. Shaft-Man is a math teacher who can shoot energy through his mouth and blow up your face.
He can spin as fast as a garbage disposal and chop up people. He also has mechanical tentacles that come out of his back and take you apart and shock you to death.
He also has a flame thrower in his hand that burns people alive.
