Sylvain Learning Center is a “learning center” run by Sylvain MacTavish.
All that kids really learn there is how to smoke weed.
Their tagline is “send your stupid kid over, we’ll make them smoke weed and show them reading is fun.”
They teach other subjects too, but there’s always weed involved.
