Taran Tulas

Taran Tulas is the neighborhood annoyance master of the Triad Jesters.
He is a robot that can change forms into a spider motorcycle. Don't ask me what the hell that is, it just is, okay.
His reflexes are extremely quick, extremely intelligent. His spider legs turn into a machine gun each, its called a rapid blast, Extremely powerful! He can squirt cyber venom which drains energy out of anything it touches so he can eat it. He also have a rotating laser blaster and a grappler coming out of his pants.
