The Tampon Bum

The Tampon Bum is the ruler of Tampon Castle and the arch-nemesis of the Tampon Village.
He has hoarded all of the tampons for eons and has to keep killing males from the Tampon Village cause they keep trying to kill him. All he really wants to do is watch TV and eat chips all the time, but they don't let him.
