The Unsolved Miseries Guy

The Unsolved Miseries Guy is a guy in a trench coat who reads off a script during the Unsolved Miseries TV show. He is pretty bad at reading, sometimes, too.
He likes to swat at imaginary flies, and pretend he's a frog as well.
He doesn't have a college degree. He also has a ventriloquist that talks for him at times.
