Bill the Scientist is a researcher who wants to research Godzilla. He believes a single eyelash from Godzilla could hold the cure for cancer.
Bill destroyed Godzilla in Fredburg, but Mean General Bob takes all the credit for it.
He lives with Martha Stewart and has quintuplets with her in a lovely six bedroom house in Sweden with a big backyard.
