Electric Giant

The Electric Giant is the name of the man who leads The Republic of Antarctica and the Arctic. He nominated himself president and declared the Arctic and Antarctica free from the oppression of all other governments.
The Electric Giant is completely made of electricity, but he has a plastic frame which he uses to look more like a human to further his agenda. He is friends with Santa Claus about twenty days of each month.
