Hooty McHoothoot

Hooty McHoothoot is an owl that tells bad jokes. After drinking some liquid Einsteinium he transformed into a freakish looking owl.
He glows all of the colors (which makes him look white), his eyes are glistening diamonds surrounded by a gold trim, his beak and talons are solid metal, and his eyebrows grew into his mustache and down the sides of his cheeks. His eyebrows point off into horns.
